Sales and Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to help Chaturji grow. You will focus on developing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, user adoption, and revenue growth while positioning Chaturji as the premier AI productivity solution for businesses of all sizes.

Sales Responsibilities :

  • Prospect to find leads based on specific different Ideal Customer Profiles
  • Connect with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp.
  • Explain how Chaturji helps their business and guide them through sign-up.
  • Collect feedback from conversations to improve the user journey.
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine the sales process and funnel.

Marketing Responsibilities :

  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns (content, email, social).
  • Create and nurture communities using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Reddit.
  • Generate signups for Webinars
  • Identify SMB partnerships and create co-marketing opportunities to extend reach.
  • Measure performance, optimize for conversions, and support retention efforts.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience in marketing SaaS, B2B, or productivity tools; AI/tech space preferred.
  • Strong understanding of conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Proficient with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Independent worker who also collaborates well with a team.
  • Familiar with social media and common marketing tools.
